Steel Wool Studios has released their free Ruin DLC for Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach.
Taking place after the events of Security Breach, you take on the role of Cassie, a young girl looking to help her friend, Gregory. Navigate through the Mega Pizzaplex in a much more menacing environment this time. Not only must you evade the ruined and decaying animatronics that Gregory had destroyed in the main game, but you must also find Gregory himself.
Credit: Steel Wool StudiosIn a letter from the Executive Producer of Steel Wool Studios, Ray McCaffrey provides details regarding the release, saying that this game pays homage to the original games, following the traditional FNAF format. With a focus on stealth, patience, and a darker theme, old and new FNAF fans will enjoy this DLC. Instead of the glamour and pizzazz of the Mega Pizzaplex that you see in the main game, players must now deal with the aftermath of Gregory’s actions, hiding from the ruined animatronics.
Ruin is now available on Steam and PlayStation 4/5. A release date for the Xbox and Nintendo Switch will be announced in the future.
